"Kyongbokkung Palace" Seoul Travelogue by Carino

Kyongbokkung Palace is probably the nicest temple in Seoul. Check out the pictures to get an impression.

The temple used to have 500 buildings! Sadly, most of them got destroyed during Japanese Invasion.

Nowadays, only 10 Buildings are left.

What I like most about Asian Architecture are the roofs of historical buildings.

This view is probably the best in the whole temple. Check out the pond, the Temple Building and the reflection!

I really liked that building until my wife told me, that this is totally fake and wasn't even existing back then.... o.k.... then not....

In almost every temple in Korea, you'll find a bunch of ponds. I think that they give a really good picture. Don't you think?

I loved that temple.... great weather, great scenerie, great pictures.... For sure, I'll go again in 2004!!
