Föhn Weather in the first five days of December was incredibly warm - temperatures never, not even in the night, went below 11°. The snow that had felt in the end of November melted in two seconds.
Amden is the opposite of Quinten : high above the lake, holiday chalets ... Lower part of the ski resort, green like in spring. |

The shadow gets longer and longer. I was the last person sitting at Maschgenkamm, at 2020 m, enjoying the sun and waiting.
That's such a great feeling when there's no one left and you have the slopes just for yourself, for your last descent ... |
