The Things I Adore

by taryn_treloar - last update: Apr 23, 2005

Jose Cuervo

The good stuff
This is my favorite drink of all time. It got me through Mexico without much upset (in a matter of speaking) and aided in a lot of wicked nights. If it wasn't so freakn' expensive here, then I'd be drinking it like water.
My favorite movie

Clockwork Orange

I picked up the collectors box of Clockwork Orange in England. Needless to say that it work work in Canada. I worked in a school in England and one of the girls who I taught knew Stanley Kubrick. That was pretty wicked.

This movie is so artistic and every frame is done to perfection. The soundtrack started my love for Beethoven.

George Orwell, An Author to Remember

My favorite books of his include:

1933 - Down And Out In Paris And London
1945 - Animal Farm
1949 - Nineteen Eighty-Four

An Orwell Poem:

Brush your teeth up and down, brother,
Oh, brush them up and down!
All the folks in London Town
Brush their teeth right up and down,
Oh! How they shine!
Aren't they bloody fine?
Night and morning, my brother,
Oh brush them up and down!"
George Orwell
Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827)

Glorious Music

I absolutely love Beethoven and his #9 Symphony. I play his music all the time and I can't ever get enough. The music is so powerful that I find it envelopes my emotions, and draws all evil and stress out of my mind. Good driving music.

Basketball

I have played ball since I was very young. I'd say I was pretty good for a girl so any guy who thinks he could school any girl out there...you havn't met me yet.

I played ball in England while I was over there. A totally different game, but great. A lot more physical and less emotional! A lot of the worst fights I found to be intersquad.
MICHAEL JORDAN - greatest player of all time
Al Pacino

Brilliant Actor

Al Pacino has been a favorite of mine for a long while now. I enjoyed him first in the Godfather which is one of the movie greats! Scent of a Woman, Heat, Serpico, and Scarface are just a few of his films that I loved him in.

Sushi

I could eat this stuff endlessly
YUM

If it's your car, then why aren't you driving it?! :-) I've got a yellow MG too.
