I had never seen the Nutcracker Ballet live. My friend, Micheline, invited to attend a performance of this historic Christmas performance. |
| | This one was being presented by Ballet Ouest, a dance company based out of the West Island of Montreal. |
| | Micheline has a family friend named Andrea who is one of ther performers in the dance company. She is 18 now but has played many of the roles in the Nutcracker during her many years doing ballet. |
| | The dancing, music, costumes, and overall production were absolutely superb! |

Thank you so much! | BeatChick Mon May 19, 2008 01:45 UTC That "expansive set of interconnected shopping malls" sorta reminds me of Chicago! I understand Londoners went wild over Krispy Kreme, as well, when it debuted @ Harrod's! Your Baton Rouge photo is gorgeous. :) Wonderful page on Montreal. | Manyana Mon Jan 21, 2008 21:19 UTC will visit montreal at some point - history, scenery, culture, languages...liked your pages, stunning | ani10881 Tue Aug 28, 2007 01:17 UTC Awesome Montreal pages.
