Sri Venkatesewara Temple

I would like to share few pic Lord Venkatesewara,who is famous &powerful god :)).our family favourite god.
Thirupathi is 139 km from Madras.Its in Andrapredesh state.
Sri Venkatesewara Temple is on top of the seven hill,which is 2800ft height.There are severl water falls on the hill.One of the richest temple in India.

The pic gate way to temple.Place name is Alipiri,The big statue of Garuda greets the devotees arriving by lakhs with folded hands.
Garuda is vehicle of "Vishnu" :)

From here people can climb the hill on foot too.

Sree Kovil gopuram

This is front view of Temple gopuram.Temple was build by emperor Thondaman.In this temple Srinivasa in the name of Balaji ,carries Lakshmi Devi in his brest and blesses the devotees.
The place is called Thirumala.

Main gopuram is golden one.That gopuram is behind this one,that one is called Anandanilayam.It is decked in invaluabel gold ornaments in laid with the nine Jewels blessing everyone in the unverse.
You just cant enter temple,there will always people were waiting to enter inside .Can see long queue at outside.Sometimes you have wait 1 hr or soemtimes 2 to 4 hr to just have look of Lord BALAJI..

Sree Swami Pushkarni(Tank)

Puskarani(Tank) is the main bathing ghat of the devotees arriving at Tirumala.

The legend is that 64 holy streams surrounding Tirumala join this tank on Chaitra Pournamy day.

Hanuman

This is Hanuman ,the messenger of Sri Rama, 30 ft height,standing with folded arms to saying bye bye to the devotees who comes to Tirumala.

Srinivasa Mangapuram Temple

Srinivasa Mangapuram Gopuram

This temple is 10 km from thirupathi.
This is holy temple where Sri Venkatachalapathi stood as sila(stone)

Sri Padmavathi Temple

This is Sri Padmavathi temple Gopuram.Its 3 km form Thirupathi.
This is big temple,with very beautiful gopuram.
Accoding to Puranas the Devi distrubutes wealth to the whole world from here.According to the customall the devotees who went to Thirumala ,after visiting Venkatalachapathi must go to Thiruchanaur to see Padmavathi.

Thirupathi

This pic is view of Thirupathi from comming down from hill.There were 2 roads from Thirupathi to Thirumala,one way with 24 curves to climb up,the other way with 54 curve used for comming down.Roada are oneway.Private buses are not permitted to ply.Private car,taxi can go up.

Sri Padmavathi Temple

This is Sri Padmavathi Temple wedding hall.
