In October 2003 I got another annual report - plus two new pictures of Wilma.

And my dream came true:

she is finally smiling!!!

Can't get enough of this picture!!!

How I wish I could be right there with them!

Apparently the child does not really like it - but it definitely is a vital thing to do!!!

Wonderful page about such an interesting country - and it is so admirable that you decided to foster Wilma. I still have to picture the jacuzzi in the room in Bolivia though :-) what a touch of class!
