There are 2 restaurants on the premises of the hotel: Le Vasco and Le Distillerie. You can find them in the renewed buildings of the former "ferme des Chartreux". These buildings are registered with the fuller survey of Ancient Monuments.
The restaurants are regional cuisine, made with local products on the traditional way.

The hotel also offers some family rooms in a separate building opposite the restaurants.
The hotel has a nice park.

You can take a package including a welcome drink (champagne), 2 nights in a superior room, 2 times breakfast, 2 times dinner (of which one in one of the restaurants on the premises, and one (menu decouverte) in the hotel for 390 EUR (for 2 persons) (anno 2003).

 We must have gone past there on the way to Calais, but never thought to stop. Looks like an interesting place with a fine hotel.

 My goodness what a history to these monastic buildings. I love the ones in the town. Menu Decouverte sounds wonderful.. I don't think I could fit dessert. sounds like you really enjoyed it there.
