Livin' it Up

I suppose one of the reasons I got along with Karen right from the start was that we appreciated each other for her ability to generate hilarious stuff with Adobe Photoshop. She's really better than I am, of course, but then again, it's a matter of style.

Life in a Bottle

Sometimes you feel like you can't escape. Or that you had all this energy in you that you could find no way of expending. Otherwise, it was as if you lived in the glass jar, tightly screwed, which kept you from breathing. Whatever it is, there are many dimensions to life, but being able to come to terms with oneself allows one to be able to see them all.

The Screaming Horror

Love the impact this picture has. It'd be a waste not to use it in a poster, or have other people see it, because it's so evocative of thoughts and feelings. I love photography too. A picture doesn't just say a thousand words - things aren't that simple anymore.

Are You Here?

I like the feeling of this picture. Faceless people in a crowd. Each, identified by a number. Aren't we all the same sometimes? In a crowd or alone. Who knows who you are? And aren't you identified by a number - your social security or identity number? Beyond that number, sometimes it really seems we wouldn't be sure of our existence at all. It is only at the touch of a button that reveals all facts and statistics, that we feel whole again, that the undermined being regains its integrity.

I look different

I just look different sometimes. In yellow light. In different glasses. I look like I can't read Chinese. I look like I can't write Chinese. The fact is, I can do both, and I can write in the older Chinese characters too. I surprise myself most times. Especially when I put on a different pair of glasses and suddenly look myself in the mirror.

Something I Made for Meow

Something I made for Meow. A tribute to the last supper of biscuits and granola bars we shared in Palau. I can't say that I never meet good people. In fact, most times I believe there are mostly good people in the world. At least, most people seem good, other than myself.

And that's cool too.

Not my Own

OK, OK, this one's not my own. Jun was the one whoo dressed me and prepared my Muthu costume. My stomach's a combination of satin and cloth stuffing, and the moustache was carefully made from the disgusting fluff you find on stuffed toys.
