Known as the Punchbowl, this cemetery is in a crater and is such a peaceful place for the war dead to be buried. From a quiet reflective seating area, there are views across downtown Honolulu, Waikiki, and as far as Diamond Head.

| | Duke Kahanamoku Statue This statue on Waikiki beach is of Duke Kahanamoku, World Champion Surfer and Olympic swimmer. He was honored on the 100th Anniversary of his birthday with this statue on Waikiki Beach.

| | Christmas in Waikiki - O'ahu This is unusual for me to see Christmas trees and decorations whils the sun is blazing down.
Usually it is cold and sometimes crisp and dry where I live. With the climatic changes, we have not had snow at Christmas for a long time now.
