In the northern kremlin I was able to squeeze out this picture
If you buy a ticket you can take (flash-)pictures inside most churces. Video costs 3 times the price of phote.
Inside one of the churches I pictured this rather odd panel (note the dead heads ??)
On the (tourist) market people actually try to help you. The cheapest market we came across.

Dear, it looks like your tour operator saved money on a hotel ;((( Just on the same street there are other places to live at (much better). Sorry for that... P.S. I was in S. at Sept. 9th - all restaurants were working normally.
