Some nice views of Lynn Valley | 30 Foot Pool in the Summer |
This is the 30 Foot Pool 15 minutes upstream. A popular spot for swimming or just to relax in the summer. |
Walking through the rainforest Here you have a good example of beautiful rainforest that dominates Lynn Valley. Here we were walking on the trail that leads to the 30 Foot Pool. |
| A small fall at 30 Foot Pool |
Close up of the 30 Foot Pool fall When you get to the 30 Foot Pool, you can climb over some rocks to get a closer look at the gorge where the water comes from. You'll see a waterfall at the back of this gorge/canyon that creates this 30 Foot Pool. |
| View of the suspension bridge |
View of the suspension bridge Walking along the creek upstream gives you some really nice views over the creek. You can also see the suspension bridge from the trail along the creek. |
| View from the wooden footbridge |
View from the wooden footbridge Here you can see some very small falls seen from the wooden footbridge about 15-20 minutes downstream. |
Some trees with moss on it Along your walks through this park you'll see different kinds of vegetation. One thing I noticed was all the moss draped on some of the trees...which is quite a neat sight. |
Sun peaking through the trees Here's a nice picture of the sun peaking through the trees when we were on our way back to the parking lot. It was a nice sight! |
| View of Lynn Creek from footbridge |
This view taken while looking down on Lynn Creek from the wooden footbridge. The water is so clear and so green. |

Great job! :-) Ann, TS | lomi Mon Aug 25, 2008 09:17 UTC I agree with everything you say about Vancouver. I visited in 1996 and was truly inspired to stay...of course I had to go home. But my brother moved there. I'd love to visit again! |
