20 - Antwerp - December 4-5, 2004 Again a meeting in Antwerp...;-) Paige was visiting the city and it was another occasion to bring together some local VT-people. On Saturday evening we met in a pub, on Sunday some of us visited the Ice-Sculptures festival... Cold but nice to see, and with some warm drinks, you'll survive for sure...:-) |
19 - Brussels - October 3, 2004 Yet another Brussels-meeting !! Due to the visit of Virginia to the European Capital, we got together in the city center. Another chance to see some familiar and new faces, indeed. And a dinner in a fancy, chinese restaurant near La Bourse ! |
18 - Biesbosch - September 25-26, 2004 Thanks to Rudy who organised this first 'active' meeting, me and Mark experienced the feeling of travelling in a canoe...:-) Although there were no pubs or restaurants in the neighborhood, we managed to survive in this desolate part of the Netherlands ! Pity it was, that only 3 VT-members joined this group... but I'm sure next time it will be different...:-) |
17 - de Haan - June 20, 2004 What was organised as a de Haan-meeting became a Belgian Coast Meeting...;-) The two other VT-members were Barbara and Els Due to a fexible and rather cheap way of riding the 'Kust-Tram' (coast tram) we managed to see different towns : de Haan, Oostende, Nieuwpoort and on the way back Middelkerke. Excellent weather, excellent company and a good organiser, thanks Barbara...:-), made it a perfect day...! |
16 - Meeting Laurence - May 6, 2004 Thanks to Dannie, again, I had the chance to meet another VT-member. This time it was Lawrence ( babawayne ), who was in Antwerp for a business trip. They first made a walk through the city, later that evening we were all together for dinner... The group started with a 'few' people and the time we went home we were already with more than 10...:-) It can go fast with meetings...! |
15 - Antwerp Meeting - May 2, 2004 On the 2nd of May, Imbi and his wife Sahar visited Antwerp. Good choice !! It was a beautiful sunny day so a walk through the hart of the city was on the program... This picture, made by Irisbe, illustrates the relaxed atmosphere of our being together ! Ever seen more 'smiling' faces on a photo...;-) |
14 - Brussels Mini-Meeting - April 20, 2004 Lovely evening meeting with Noro-Liva (Norali) and Gillian (Gillian McLaughlin)... in one of Brussels 'ancien' caffees : Cirio. We talked about different subject (VT- and non-VT related...:-) ), had someting to eat and drink... Fun after all, and different then the big meetings with postcards and flash-lights all over the place...;-) We didn't make one single picture, so I have to publish someting else instead...:-)) |
