I never seem to have a camera (or at least one with a flash) when I need one so I don't really have many photos of the other VTers I have met.

The first person I met from VT was Elaine from Texas. She is a fanatic about Ireland and tries to visit every year. She hasn't made it up north yet, but I am still working on her.:o)

The next year, we met Kathy and her friends at Lusty Beg Island - one of my favourite places in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. We had a nice meal and a walk around the island.

The following year, when Elaine came back to Ireland, she planned to be in Dublin so we arranged a meeting there. We met up with Orla, Marc and Bes for a wander around Dublin ending in a meal and a few pints - a really enjoyable evening.

2003 was a busy year for meetings for me. In August, I met Suzanne and Alain along with his friend, Dirk. The next day, Suzanne broke her ankle - but that is another story!

In September, I got to meet Chiara and Paolo in Genoa, along with a well-timed visit from Simone.

When we were in Rome, I managed to meet up with Sara and her boyfriend, Marco and finally got to meet Roberto after several tries over the last couple of years!

I work with Christina and used to work with Paul. My brother-in-law is Jerry and my niece is Wee Emma. Other family members are my Dad and my cousin, David.
