First time ever we've meet in the occasion of "Maratona del Santo" in June 2002

In the occasion of our first meeting I've enjoyed Mattia's hospitality having lunch, made by Mattia, at his home, now it was my turn

Mattia have ordered some local food and it was delicious, English pub and local food, what a good combination it was

Am not quite sure but I think it is called "bruschetta", a kind of pizza made on the toasted bread

this is called "piedaia" (???), a kind of "rustichella" but tasted much better

we had light and very good english beer

there was a skating competition on Prato della Vale that evening, it looks very attractive

well, I just couldn't resist the temptation, the night-time pics are my obssesion
