Maple Syrup Time | The Old way to collect sap |
Behind my house in Saint-Liguori they collected the sap from the maple trees with a horse, barrel and sleigh and took it to the sugar shack to boil it and turn it into syrup the way the Natives use to do it. |

| | ICE RINK ON RIVER On The Assumption River in Joliette Quebec every winter we have a 7 KM. long ice skating rink and it is free. |
Simonne and Everest snowmobile Carnival time and the kids on my street made these snow sculptures. | | |
| | TUBE SLIDE School kids on a winter break having fun. Over 200 came in school buses with their lunch and spent the day sliding. |
