"Fireworks Fantasia 2003" Birmingham Travelogue by J_P_B
Birmingham Travel Guide: 895 reviews and 1,193 photos
"Fireworks Fantasia" happens every year in Cannon Hill Park in Birmingham. This year, the weather was fantastic and a crowd of 25,000 people turned out to watch the show. There are show tunes and the CBSO plays some classical favourites and then come the fireworks, all set off to a selection of John Williams' film music. It's fantastic and well worth the money (£4.00 for an advance ticket). I went with my family, including my aunt and uncle who had flown in from Switzerland that day. We ate a picnic and drank perhaps a little too much, but hey, we were having fun. :)

Great to see someone else enjoys this restaurant as its one of my favourites. I also go and make sure I use my Gourmet Society card as I get 25% off the entire bill - http://www.thegourmetsociety.co.uk
Your http://www.birminghamplus.com tip looks really great and useful. It is very upto date! You are leaving me behind!!! We seem to be both enjoying the same type of restaurants. One of these days we should meet up.
