I used to jog in that area every week. Thought that instead of doing stairmasters at the gym, I should just venture outside and discover the nicest streets of Montreal.

The owners are very proud to keep the house in perfect condition and respect the architect initial intention when he build the house. Some houses are so big that they have been transformed in multi-unit complex. Some houses are open to the public, check your tourist guide...don't knock at the door !

It's just amazing how 10 minutes walk from Montreal, hidden up the hill, you can find residential areas with gigantic houses. They have big land, view on downtown and the St-Laurent. All this for a fraction of the price you would pay in the US.

Nowadays, lots of Americans are jumping to buy these houses. It shouldn't be lonk until Montreal pass a law that require owners to live in their house.
