You see BIG red arch!
The red arch is the entrance into a shrine.
Usually there is one red arch in a shrine.
But in this Fushimi Inari Shrine, there are a lot lot lot of arches!!!(You will see later) |
|  | Let's make prayers! 1...Throw some money coins into the offertory chest.
2...Ring the bell above your head.
3...Clap your hands.
4...Put your hands together and make a prayer! |
| | Many red arches! These arches are donated to this shrine by the believers. |
| | More and more arches! Hey, tunnnel of red arches!
You'll never get lost!
All you have to do is to follow the road made with arches. |
| | Climbing the shrine hill These red arches lead you to the top of the hill....it is a very good scenic spot! |
| | And we arrived at the top! |
| | A small restaurant at the top of the hill |
| | A souvenir shop at the top of the hill You see miniture red arches in the shop! They are lovely :-) |
