On top of the tower Here we are on hte top floor of the watch and save tower. On clear days the view is fabulous. |

modest in-yard this castle is of modest and humble build. no high expectations please! but always worth visiting. |
view to the east there some where lies Brugg - not too far. |
looking up imagine what it must have felt like working on these vineyards as paysants, knowing them nobles men were sitting in their castle eating the food and drinking the beverages the very paysants were to provide... but on the other hand, isn't it exactly the same today? |
