This week I finally got to meet long time vter but new to Coffs Harbour, Mickey, aka vt's Annemie B. She moved from Sydney a few weeks ago and is now nicely settled not too far away from my place. Already she is volunteering at the porpoise pool and getting to know a few people there.
We met at The Coffee Club at Park Beach Plaza, had a coffee and promised to meet up again very soon. We will probably do a few trips around to places that she would like to see but we will both have to set aside time. Mickey works and I get a bit busy at times with U3A and grandchildren but we will work something out. |
