When will they finish? | No rails, no paint, very typical |
After working in the homebuilding business in the USA for a few years I am primed to look at building techniques and schedules elsewhere. I was struck at how the Bosnians build a little at a time until a house is habitable and then they move in. They continue working until it is finished....or do they really? It seems that they never finish them. I started asking why. |
