My adopted Home

The Forks
City of extremes, Winnipeg is too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter.
Lots to do though , being the cultural centre of Canada we have the Royal Winnipeg ballet, Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra,theatres, museum, art gallery, historical sites etc.
TWO casinos (you betcha) lots of festivals.
GREAT restaurants, bars.
Last but not least VERY friendly people.
Saddle up.

The prairies.

From Winnipeg west its prairie all the way to Calgary.
FLAT all the way.
Only a month by mule and wagon!
