It's March, spring is in the air and my forsythia, a bush full of little yellow flowers is at it's best. I like this bush very much because it's the first flowering bush after a grey winter that gives colour to my garden.

Irises are magical flowers. Unfortunately, they only flower for about 1 to 1.5 weeks during May. What a pity, I wish they could flower all summer.

During the nice, sunny days in June, when I'm sitting outside on my terrace, I can smell the lavender. I love it.

During summertime, my waterlilies are popping up one by one. These are wonderful flowers that open during the day and close at night for about 2 to 3 days. The big green leaves are good hide-aways for my goldfish.

I only have one sunflower in my garden, received it from a friend. But this is no problem for the bees. They all find it.
I like this flower because it is not too big and it has such a beautiful yellow color.

In autumn I always buy one or two big chrysanthemums to decorate my garden. The ones with the little flowers are so lovely and you can find them in different colors. I love these flowers because they are the last ones that bring some color in your garden before the long grey and dark winter.
