|  | Bolivia!! Yay!! I love this country and this is one of my favorite pictures. I hope to rescan this picture soon and have it be bigger. :-) I wish I had a humongous camera to capture the view from our vantage point that day! And just all the sounds and smells--made it all the more incredible. And to think that this valley was once inhabited by Incans who lived perhaps a lot like their descendents--Quechuans--who live in the village shown in the photo. Wow!! What an amazing place!! |

| | This is me and my sweet little animals. On my shoulder is the very beloved little family cockatiel Duckie (named after character on "Land Before Time").....she's a sweetheart and I miss her...and oh yeah--she's not always so sweet, but I still love her! :-) Behind the Ducker and I is Oreo, who is not with us anymore.
:-( He was a great cat and we all miss him. I just like the picture... |
