Changed times Like many people ‘coming soon’ is a bit on certain, due to the horrors of the global credit crunch. A huge pay cut this year and the nagging doubts of whether any of us will actually have a job next year, have left booking anything for the next 12 months on the long finger.
HOPEFULLY the plans are as follows:
October 09: Scotland to visit friends
May 10: My wife will be having a ‘big number birthday’ this month and we will be going ‘somewhere’. Suggestions so far are: Barcelona, Cannes, Venice, Hong Kong, Lanzarote, New York or Chicago. I await further instructions!
July 10: Depending on the destination above, we can hopefully squeeze in a cruise around the med. We did this in June 09 and it actually turned out to be a very good value holiday. We shall see… |
