Travel Tips

This is the center of my life. this little guy was long awaited by both sides of our family. He is much loved and everything we do, we do with his future in mind. He is the reason I am in Bosnia. He needs College Tuition!

I can tell already that he has the same curious mind that I do. As a child I poked, prodded, and took stuff apart. I wandered and explored my backyard and my neighborhood. He is the same way. He loves to explore.

I have always been fascinated with airplanes. He is too. I took him to the National Air Races in Reno and to the Miramar Air Show before he was 10 months old. He stares and wonders at them. My sister was the one that stated,"The apple doesn't fall very far from the tree."

We live in the flight path for Camp Pendelton's air strip and have Marine and Navy aviation over our house very often. here he is watching a USMC Cobra gunship fly over.

In many ways Bosco was our first child. Bosco is a 100 pound Choclate Labrador Retriever and he is part of the family. He accepted Tanner from the beginning. Tanner pulls on him, pokes him, and bites him and Bosco takes it. He is the perfect dog for a baby.

Like all little boys, he is always into something. We finally gave up in the kitchen and just put some plastic containers in a place where he can get them and pull them out. That way he is not going for the cookware.

This is Bosco's toy basket and Tanner does this a lot. he pulls the basket away from the fireplace and empties it. This time he decided to try it on for size.

The previous photos were taken when he was 1 year old. He is 2 1/2 now and is growing like a weed.

This photo was taken during my last R&R in Feb 2004. We went to Big Bear, CA to ski and play in the snow.

He flat out loved the snow. So did Bosco!
