More Florida Fun! Space travel, anyone? | Astronaut Hall of Fame, Florida |
Three years ago, I found myself working on a great educational project around space and space travel with U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame and U.S. Space Camp! For someone who grew up on Star Trek, I spent a year learning all about the fascinating period of the Space Race/Sputnik Era. The project was a great success, and we had several schools participating and traveling up with us to receive professional development from museum personnel that will help their students fall in love with history and science! :-) |
