Main Church St Martin’s is Kortrijk’s Main Church. This church has a long and strange building-history. The building started in the 13th century, after been damaged by several fires, it was rebuild many times. That’s why you have a mixture in building-styles. |
The tower is 81 metres high and contains a carillon of 49 bells. |
Interior The interior is decorated with loads of great paintings and fine pieces of art. |
