Well I must say that a stress break was needed, and Puerto Vallarta was the place to go to relax and get away from it all. This was my third trip to Puerto Vallarta and everytime I've gone there, I've enjoyed myself. |
| People enjoying the pool and the sun |
| | The place where I stayed is called the Villa Del Palmar Resort. It's located on the main strip (along with the other hotels) about 5 minutes from downtown. All of the rooms have a view of the ocean and range in size from a studio to a two bedroom suite. This just happens to be the view of the pool from outside my room. |
Now look at this picture, can't you just fall in love with this? The scenery is great, the water is comfortable, and everything that you need is literally at your finger tips. | | | Everyone just having a great time |
|
| | A complete array of water sports, two pools, three tennis courts, a gym, spa, award-winning activities program, and nearby golf course will keep you busy from morning to night. Day excursions may also be booked directly with the on-site tour desk. |
This hotel has many things to offer. Universal Vacation Club at Villa del Palmar offers the best of both worlds: the modern comfort of a deluxe beachfront resort and the old-world charm of a quaint bay-side town, where shops line cobblestoned streets. | | | Build a sand castle if you wish |
|
| Relax and converse with your friends |
| | Relax with your favorite drink by the pool or try the internationally famous cuisine at one of the resort's three restaurants. |
When it gets too hot outside, you can always cool off at one of the 3 different pools. If you need to soothe your aches and pains, why not hop into a jaccuzi? | | | No water under the bridge |
|
| | Please note that many of the resorts in Puerto Vallarta are also timeshares, so if you don't own, people may want you to buy (you'll find that out as soon as you go through customs). If that's your thing, then go for it!!! Negotiate hard and don't back down. But if you are not interested, say so because they will be persistent. |
