For stop on the trail

The drive up from the townsite is magnificant. Along the way you see raging rivers, tall mountains, hikers and the first oil derrick in Alberta.

View of the lake and mountain

Once you get away from the nature center, it's so peacful

Is that Bugs Bunny?

This cute little rabbit let us take a number of pictures...it was not afraid of us at all.

The end of the trail

That sign behind me indicates the end of the trail, but also warns you of grizzly bears that may be feeding in the brush.

Somewhere over the rainbow

It was a very nippy and windy day at Cameron Lake, but in the end we were blessed with the beauty of a rainbow.
