Driving the road system of Kodiak you can see a few different animals. Including Sitka Black-tail Deer, Fox, Bald Eagles, Rabbits, Marmots, Beaver, Buffalo and if you're lucky the World Famous Kodiak Brown Bear!

Kodiak as several hundred free range buffalo on Kodiak out near Pasagshak and Narrow Cape.

Most of the time you can see lot's of Bald Eagles around Kodiak! Sometimes you can see groups of 30 or more!!

In January and February there will be Eagles in this tree next to the museum every day!

 Beautiful pics. We are in the Coast Guard stationed right now @ ATC Mobile AL. Hoping to go to Kodiak next transfer season (2008)
