Step 1: Carmelize sugar around glass rim. The waiter put a coat of sugar around the rim of the glass. Then heats this layer of sugar over the open flame to carmelize it. |
Step 2: Add Tequila Vodka next is added into the glass and heated over the open flame until it ignites. It hard to tell from this photo but the vodka inside the glass is burning but the flames are blue in color, almost matching the waiter's blue shirt. |
Step 3: Add Coffee & Whip Cream |
Step 4: Add Kahlua After adding a cherry, the waiter heats Kahlua over the open flames and then pour it on top of the drink. Now it's ready to be served. |
