Backcountry Snowboarding-Live to ride! This was a backcountry trip I took in South Dakota (believe it or not). Crazy elevation...definitely not in the Himalayas, but the POWDER was sweet!

A strange obsession with boards...surfboards, snowboards, skateboards....kinda weird if you think about it. This was a trip that I took to South Africa. This picture was taken outside of Cape Town. The surfing in the Cape is very consistent. Don't worry that you are paddling out into one of the largest breeding grounds for Great White sharks. As the South Africans say, "No worries, China!"

Rock climbing behind Mount Rushmore in South Dakota. Climb, climb, climb. I love to climb. In this majestic area you will find everything from traditional climbing to well developed sport climbing areas. Plus, the locals are pretty damn cool!

Here is Got_Snow? getting ready to lead a new route at Wild Iris....I am already missing the hot summer weather and endless days of climbing. What more can I say except that Wild Iris is a bomber place to climb. The crew down at Wild Iris climbing store (in Lander, WY) love to pass on the beta on the different areas. Plus, they all pack a beefy resume when it comes to climbing, so they definitely know what they are talking about.

Wyoming rock lizards. Very aethetic routes in Wyoming. But let me warn you, you better Cowboy Up for Cowboy Poetry.

Got snow leading an "easy" route. Look at that limestone isn't it beautiful. Warning: Sharp in places.
