it gives me freinds all over the world.
a football is a very good "icebreaker".
i went to see the world cup in 1998 to see the cool teams(denmark,brazil and mexico).
watching denmark-brazil was the greatest.
i just loved being the danish guy with a curacao brzileiro.

this is the most impressive stadium i have seen so far.
more impressive than maracana in rio de janeiro.
this place is a must if you love football.

Hamburger SV-FC Copenhagen in our little stadium.

my local team.

i started playing football in a small village in denmark called horne.
this is a tiny little place with a tiny little club, but we have some of the best leaders in the country and we are therefor freinds with the big guys.
many big teams have passed by our little club to play freindly games.
hamburger SV,bolton wanderers,west bromwich albion,FC copenhagen,broendby and odense BK, just to mention a few of the big foreign and danish clubs who have paid their visit to our small, but well run club.
these visits have generated quite a bit of money for the club that is being spend on improving facilities for the local kids.
this is really a cool club to be from.

when i was in albania i was fortunate enough to be invited to be on a tv show with the greatest albanian footballer of all time, Panajot Pano.
this was a totally cool way of getting my 20 minutes of albanian fame.
just another proof that football can take you anywhere.

old stars in town.

in july 2005 the national teams of spain,france,netherlands and denmark played a turnament in my little home village.
that was the old boys teams of the 4 nations, so we had a lot of very interesting former stars in town for football and dinner.
as usual, the spanish team beat the danish one, this time with a last minute goal.
still a very nice day though.
