Stanser Horn If you like hiking this is a special trip near Lucerne....A few kilometers outside near the town Stans is the Stanser Horn.... From its top you have a wonderful view over the "Berner Oberland", Lucerne, the Vierwaldstättersee.... I have been there in autumn, when the mist was in the valley. But up on 2000 m the sun was shining.....Great views have been possible....!!! |
Still in the mist ...but soon the sun will be shining and the views will even get better!!! |

The way up Here you can see the trail going up.....It will take you 2 hours by foot, from the parking. It´s worth it, but you should have hiking shoes! |

Rigi At the back you can see the top of the Rigi, another famous mountain on the shores of the Vierwaldstättersee. The lake is somewhere beneath the clouds !!! |
