Oof... there we go again. hehe. I should probably change the album title to 'My Pitbull Posse' for those who are not so familiar with the word "Posse" and clicked on the album in the hope of finding some other posse. hehehe. Posse means gang. This is my pitbull gang.... my babies.

This pretty princess owns our house. We are here on her gracious whim. Thank you Happy for letting us stay in your home.

And here is my studamuffin, Cole. Last week, I had to schedule his dates because the girly dogs were lining up outside the house. We had to arrange the dates by appointment. Lucky dog.

Just woke up and these two are already posing for pics.

And my dearly departed boy. Well, Bart is as close to a son as I'll ever get. He died February last year and had me crying for weeks. He was my very first pitbull. Prior to him, I must admit, I didn't want to have anything to do with these dogs because of their bad reputation. Bart changed all this and even wormed his way into my heart. The family likes him so much that ever since, we take only pitbulls for new dogs. With the exception of Indiana of course who is a rottweiler.

If anything, raising and caring for pitbulls has made me realize that there are no such thing as 'born evil'. No such thing as an evil child from birth, bad race, etc. etc.... It is the environment that shapes a man or a being. If you bring up a pitbull into a nice family and teach him/her to be loving and non-violent, then he/she will grow up that way. True, they have the most potential to be killer dogs, but of all dogs, they also have extreme loyalty. Pitbulls will die for you, if they think that would make you happy. It is always the owners who have a great influence on how these dogs will turn out and how happy or sad their life will be.

Before I get all mushy here........ I just want to say that these dogs taught me a lot about giving people a chance.
