I'm told, that for the last 4 years, this is all you saw of one of Saigon's parks. A big, ugly green barrier had been erected around a site that was set for development. The deal went sour and the park just sat there hidden from the world. The only people who have been able to enjoy it have been the heroine addicts. |
Happily, the government has restored the park for everyone to enjoy. Hopefully, they'll keep the drug addicts from spoiling it by keeping them away. |
