"my nick... especially for spanish ;-)" by pollon

"Once upon a time there was Pollon" is a Japanese carton which arrived in Italy in 1982 and tells mythological greek stories with a definitely unusual characterization of gods...

Pollon is the daughter of Apollo (standing behind Pollon in the pic ): he drives the wagon of sun but has problems to wake up early and so it's never day when it should; grandad Zeus (on the left of Pollon in the pic ) is an incorregible womanizer and while should hold himself up as an example behaves just the opposite...

uncle Neptune, the god of sea, cannot swim so to be able to float he has been drawn as a giant...

Eros, the love god, is clumsy with the bow and tries in any way to attract Pollon's attention, then because of his not handsome look cannot find someone who loves him...

but let's come to me ;-), Pollon, who has the big dream of becoming goddness.
Grandad Zeus presents her a moneybox shaped like a throne and he will give her a small coin any time she does a good deed.
Each coin makes the throne enlarge and when it's big enough to be seated on, Pollon will become the goddness of hope.
So begin the adventures of Pollon and while helping humans in troubles, she will comes up against myths and also creating a lot of mess but luckily there is always an happy end...

I have chosen this nick because I liked this cartoon when a kid and then I find it fits me especially if you think at the Italian title "Pollon mess maker"... with my too emotional character and my habit to try to help people, I also get into a mess :-P... for the happy ends, I'm trying my best ;-)... and about becoming the goddness of hope, I don't know but even when my mood is under the water, I never give up hoping...
