Ladies' Circle Madagascar The reason we went to Madagascar, ultimately, was to charter Ladies' Circle 1 and 2 of Antananarivo, Madagascar. Thirty young women who formed two clubs in the capital to participate in LCI (Ladies' Circle International in 34 countries). They accepted the aims and objects and its motto: Friendship and Service.
