A weekend in Naran & Kaghan Valleys Picture: Kaghan Valley |
Pic: This picture was taken when we were coming back to Naran from Lalazar which is 2 hours drive from Naran on a jeep. On left hand side you can see how steep it is. The River Kunhar can also be seen. Simply TOO GOOD TOO BE TRUE! |
Lake Saiful Maluk - Pakistan's Most Famous Lake be Pic: The Lake Saiful Maluk is the MOST FAMOUS in whole PAkistan because of it beauty and its fairy tales about fairies coming to this lake and dancing at night. We stayed there in the camps that night without any facilty because there is no electricity of anything there on this lake. This lake is about 1.5 hours from Naran. Wow! at night luckily it was nearly full moon and we enjoyed the scenic beauty of this lake. We felt like if we are in another world. We could only hear the sound of blowing wind and nothing else. There was some snow on the top of the brown mountains as well and the feeling of being there surround by 3,5 sides by these mountains can't be put in words. Its something which i will recommend you to do in Pakistan ! |
Pic: Frozen Lake Saiful Maluk in the morning because the temperature really gets low in the night. |
Pic: Another view of the frozen lake Saiful Maluk. |
Pic: This Picture will give you an idea how HUGE these mountains are! Can you find a small cafe in this pic ? If u r successful then just compare the size of the Cafe & the mountain in the pic ! you really ahve to come to Pakisan to see it all. Just Can't miss it! |
Pic: Next morning : - going back to Naran. This pic was taken by Fawad after walking for 15 mins from Lake Saiful Maluk toward Naran. |
Pic: Last picture from Lake Saiful Maluk Series. Please don't forget to write to me how do u feel seeing these pictures? In the end i would like to Thank you for taking out so much time and seeing my Travelogue. Kindly rate it as well. Umer- |
Pic: (From Left to Right) Fawad & Umer in Kaghan Valley. |
Pic: Sitting on the Top of a local VAN going to Naran Valley. Its was the best part of this Adventurous trip. approaching Naran. |
Pic: This picture is taken while i was having my backpack between my legs, holding the side bar of the van with one hand and taking the pic of coming glacier (in June). The road was not made at all because of landsliding and the army was busy making roads. |
Pic: Just in the Northern part of Naran valley. This is River Kunhar and this place is the FAMOUS for Trout Fishing because the water becomes a bit slower. But the River is too much suitable for Rafting 1 KM from here. Going to Lalazar which is on the opposite direction. Actually when i took this pic my back was toward lalazar. |
Lalazar - Most Scenic Place of the World ! Pic: Reaching Lalazar - Most Beautiful Place I've EVER BEEN TO IN THE WHOLE WORLD! |
Pic: Wow! what an amazing place! One can only reach there on a jeep and there is sort of no road which makes the way to Lalazar more adventurous but.... its worth it! Surrounded by 4 HUGE mountains. There were no locals near by and only a small resturant which has got some food and stuff to offer but the greenary with scenic beauty is simply undescriable! and the breeze which blows makes a sensual effect! |
Pic: Lalazar! one of the World's Beautiful places and yet to be discovered by many tourists of this world! This is a hidden treasure which i found in Naran Valley :) |
Pic: Coming to Lalazar was really dangerous because the road is in a very bad condition and only one jeep can pass at a time and its really at a very steep height! But after reaching their i had NO COMPLAINTS :) |
