street fest the chapel street festival is held on the sunday before the melbourne cup. Chapel street is one of melbournes best known streets because of the diveristy. This years festival had a large turn out as the weather was very good. The festival is basically a mixture of shops ,food,music and people just looking at each other lol. chapel street is always a place to be seen. there are all types as well from the very rich to the feral scumbags as well as the poor |
this guy really had a good time not that he will remember. I wasn't game to stand any closer |
