    • When i visited FSD (Faisalabad) last time there was a BASANT Mela (Sprin Festival) beign organised in Serena hotel and me and my friend met three italians and british tourist staying and enjoying this festival in Serena. The main feature of this mela (or festival) is the 'Kite Flying Competition' and everyone flyies kites of different colour while wearing bright Spring Colour clothes especially Yellow. So, here in the pic on the left u can see that a Big Yellow and Organge coloured Kite has been made and put on the entrance of the hotel to mark the start of the Spring Festival.

    In my opinion, Late Febraury is the best time to visit Faisalabad and to enjoy the festivities of the city
