Established in 1946 in the old Ghetto of Padova, first as a restaurant and than hotel. It is situated in the heart of the city, just a foot from Piazza delle Erbe and all major attractions of the city.
Unique Qualities: The "Ghetto" is an old residental downtown area inhabitated mainly by the Jewish population until the 1970's. You wont find cheap accomodations inside the city area of Padova, at least I couldn't find any. Ten or twenty euros make no difference between two and three stars hotels, I'll rather pay something more to be more comfortable. Anyhow, Majestic Toscanelli is higly recommending accomodation because of its position, service and price.
