The way to make out on renting is to go en masse! We were 3 families sharing the 2nd floor of this very nice duplex. Each couple had their own bedroom, and the kids all fit in the fourth room. The occasional overnight guest or couple had plenty of room sleeping on the couches in the large living area. Living area included: kitchen, dining, sitting, and attached deck. We also had a washer/dryer and outdoor shower (to help keep down the sand in the house!)
Unique Qualities: It used to be that you had to get your rental by February or March. Prices have gotten so high in the past few years that rentals can be found up to the beginning of the season. Even during season there may be some available. However, for best selection, book early.
