    Unique Qualities: Jay and Pam treat clients as honored guests. Another tourist said Jay and Pam like to entertain so why not develop a beautiful tropical property, erect 12 cabanas, restrict to 24 guests and have cocktail hour where they can mingle and encourage guests to mingle. Dining tables are put together for 8-12 people with Jay or Pam hosting each table. The wait staff are meticulously dressed and groomed. I feel like I have come up in status to the rich and famous.
