The Tent is exactly what its name says 'a Tent', is a place where you can find backpackers from all over the world (and im not kidding!) i stayed at this place at least 5 times on different occasions.
It has a great atmosphere and prices are great and they have all facilities available from Internet connection to laundry service.
For a bed you pay about 19AUD which should be less than 10US dollars, and included you get a token for your breakfast. Sleeping on the floor (with blankets and sleeping bags) is half the price if im not mistaken and also includes breaky
Unique Qualities: As i mentioned above, they have laundry facilities, bicycle rentals, lockers, hot showers, camping grounds, internet access, a cafeteria etc etc
