Well I never saty in any Hotel in Lisbo, because I live here, but I coul leave a suggestion : Hotel Ibis: I'ts a 2 star Hotel, the prices are affordable, and has other good conditions
I leave here some ideias about lodging in this beautiful city.
Lisbon has the range of accommodation you would expect to find in a growing European capital with a large tourism industry. There is a good choice of hotels downtown around Baixa and along the Avenida da Liberdade. Twenty-five kilometres (16 miles) away, the coastal resort towns of Cascais and Estoril offer a nice alternative to the city, especially for beach bums and golfers.
Advance booking is not always necessary, except in the peak period of June to August, where we'd advise making reservations at least two weeks in advance for Lisbon, and a month in advance for the Estoril coast. Most hotel receptionists can speak serviceable English, but the Portuguese like to see things in writing and its usually necessary to fax a follow-up to any phone call. There are two good Portuguese websites that can provide information. These are: http://www.maisturismo.pt and http://portugalvirtual.pt.
Hotel price categories are as follows: taking summer 1998 prices, a double room in a Deluxe hotel costs 33,000$00 or more; an Expensive hotel costs 18,000$00 or more; a Moderate hotel costs 10,000$00 or more; the rest are Budget.

This French chain hotel does not have strong local features, but offers good modern facilities at competitive prices. Breakfast is charged separately (800$00), but is a buffet feast. The out-of-the-way location may deter those who want to be able to walk to the centre, but it is near the Museu Calouste Gulbenkian, and a quick Metro ride to Marquês de Pombal. It is also excellent for motorists, who can hop on northbound and southbound highways in a matter of minutes. Bedrooms are comfortable, and many have views of the aqueduct that spans this side of the city. Businesslike service and a reasonable restaurant.
