In Cairo there are some fabulous luxury places to stay. This is mainly becuase it gets so many tourists. There is a famous place called the Meridean. It over looks the Nile and is fit for a star!
I am not sure of the exact price range but for one of the best hotels in Egypt I think it's going to be quite expensive!
Unique Qualities: It is so unique because of it's location and is so beautiful inside and out! It had marble floors when you enter and beautiful stairs. It all seems to be perfect. One thing I remember is at the reception on the wall is the time of each country!
