Stayed in the HI hostel in Old Quebec. It's a former 4-star hotel and still a nice place to stay. It's in Old Quebec...so all you have to do is walk outside to start seeing the sites. Everything in Old Quebec is within easy walking distance...there's no need to worry about jumping on a bus...or riding the metro...or finding a taxi.
Unique Qualities: lots of rooms, long corridors to get lost in, co-ed dorms, singles, etc..., kitchen, internet access, tv room... They also have pub crawls a few times a week.
