i always stay at the villa del palmar, which is a time-share resort. my guess is that it costs about $150-$200 per night during the "high" season (december through march), when arranged at the resort on a "hotel" basis (not as part of time-share), but i really don't know.

Unique Qualities: it is right on the beach; all of the staff are very nice, friendly, and accommodating. most speak fairly good english.
